24 Oct, 2021I highly recommend this course, for anyone looking to advance there Carbine skills. Our Instructor was amazing at ensuring our class was safe, and personalizing the class to us. Class sizes are small so you get personalized training. My wife joined me for this class and is new to Carbine shooting. Our Instructor, was great giving one on one tips and ensuring we all progressed together. I have taken classes out of state, from law enforcement and military special force members, and this class was on par with the tips and tactics, to making you a better, safer, and more confident shooter. So if you want to take your training from stationary target shooting, to movement and scenario based training this is the class for you! Still one of my favorite classes to date, and my wife loved it also.

16 Nov, 2021This was my first dynamic rifle class, and I learned so much in it. It never felt like we were blowing ammo to make noise, it always served a purpose. We were moving while engaging multiple targets, turning/pivoting to acquire a target, firing from barricade positions, and other things you can't do in a basic trip to the range. I never felt unsafe during the entire class, as the instructor kept a close eye on everything and quietly corrected any habits that could develop into a safety issue. I do want to stress this is an intermediate/advanced course; you really need to know the functions of your firearm, as well as your trigger and muzzle discipline. Some minor manual of arms discussions are going to be aimed at the AR-15 platform, that's a given. I brought my AUG and another attendee used his AK, and we were given plenty of advice on how to more effectively manipulate our firearms, so don't worry about missing out. It sounds like Carbine 3.0 might be in the works; I will absolutely be attending if it happens!
